Kitesurfing - How to start?
I am a kitesurfer since 5 years. While it is probably one of the most exciting sports in the world, it is also one of the most difficult ones to learn. Many things need to align to make the start as smooth as possible: Timing, location, wind conditions, etc.
Being hooked on many sports I never thought I would one day commit to Running.
It's everything you need to develop your health, strength, determination, will, not to mention many other benefits.
Advice: don't run alone, join a club. I'm a member at Vilniaus Begimo Klubas.
Up for a run?
