Before: Passionately developed the world’s largest law students’ association from Brussels. Promoted and organized international projects, lead workshops and council meetings.
Also: Promoted Sweden in Lithuania. Reported from the Lithuanian Parliament and the European Council working group meetings. Spent 3 years being a nanny.
Beginning: Grew up in Lithuania & Sweden, eating šaltibarščiai every summer and köttbullar every fall & winter.
My main areas of expertise are innovation strategy and transformation and innovation management by building systems and processes, as well as innovation leadership. I am helping my customers to create their moonshots by designing and facilitating Design Sprints, hackathons, accelerators.
