How to remain mindful whilst thinking about the future or reflecting upon the past?
We often give too much control to my mind, without being aware of how it affects us, failing to notice coming thoughts, their source and how they make us feel. It is important to become quicker to realize when we are drifting away from the present moment to future plans or past regrets.
Does it mean that we should always try to stop future/past thoughts, always trying to be in the present moment? Absolutely no.
I learned, that whenever we are planning the future, we should be aware of the planning process and be fully immersed in it, putting future planning in the present.
Similarly, reflections of the past (I am a believer in reflective-journalling) should also be done consciously and mindfully. This does not only improve our present realities, but also allows us to get deeper into learning from our past experiences and become better at building our future.
Dedicate a time to think about the future or the past, do not let these overrun your present moments. This can bring clarity to the mind, reduce stress, enhance focus and empower us to experience long-lasting joy at its’ fullest.

When is right time to start?
You had a bright moment and formed an idea how to solve someone's problem or improve existing solution.
But you don't know where to start?
Sell your idea first to early adopter, then - build.
Answer is - start now without overthinking. Things will find theyr place after first few interactions with early adopters.
Don't build until you haven't sold to someone.
You can be your first buyer as well if solution you came with is of your personal need.
WHY AM I HAVING A NAP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY?
Instead of....
✔️ Finishing the last edit on the Vagrein book
✔️ Doing a laundry for my family
✔️ Yoga
✔️ Creating marketing material to for my new course
✔️ Any of the other billion things I 'should' be doing
Simple... I got to know what I wanted and who I am and now I respect and honour that above anything else.
When you make honoring yourself and your own personal configuration a priority and a habit, everything magically gets done in perfect timing. When you don't, everything is a struggle.
My napping IS me getting the rest of my ToDo list done... Because everything that flows after it (I admit this post came -after- the nap) is effortless.
The last edits of the Vagrein Book will be done before the launch on Wednesday. How do I know? Because I listened when my body said to nap and because of that I'm not heading to burnout over the next few days.
The laundry and all my family's needs will be met with enthusiasm and energy in the perfect moment because I have taken the time to recharge my enthusiasm and energy.
The Yoga will now be a joyful moment of self love as opposed to a tedious task to get through.
And the marketing material... We'll, consider this post a part of it. I'm currently working on bringing you an online, follow at your own pace course on how to Intentionally Craft Your Life by learning who you are, what you want and how to get it. It will involve DEEEEP self inquiry and self reflection and at the end of it you're going to have a clear road map to head off on the journey of the rest of your life.
Send me a DM and I'll tell you more!
Alright... Onto the other billion things. 😘
