I’m passionate about understanding and transforming human behaviour in the real world. I believe that doing this is essential to tackle some of the most important collective and private challenges we face (think for example of climate change, domestic violence, efficiency or integrity), and that collective action is one of the most engaging and powerful ways to do it.
I have spent almost 10 years of my life designing, managing and researching these types of behavioural change interventions in the real world. I’m a PhD Candidate at the London School of Economics (U.K.), researcher at VGTU and MJJ fondas (LT) and partner at the Behavioural Lab (LT and COL). I have also worked as consultant for the International Labour Organization, Head of the Behavioural Change Team of the Colombian Government, and research assistant with former Mayor of Bogotá, Antanas Mockus.
