During my study years at the University of Illinois at Chicago, I've co-founded a Lithuanian Student Association of North America and presided over it until my graduation. Also, for over two years, I was Managing director at the Lithuanian American Council – an organization with the task of advocating the interests of the Lithuanian-American community to the United States government. After graduation, I've moved back to Lithuania, in order to participate in the "Create Lithuania" project - professional development program, aiming to apply best foreign practices in Lithuania. After a successful year of advocating for the amendments to the Lithuanian immigration law, I became the Had of Governmental Program and worked as an expert on improving investment climate at “Invest Lithuania”. Currently, I'm the Director at INFOBALT, representing over 170 Lithuanian and international IT and Telecommunication (ICT) industry business and related organizations as well as co-founding board member at Women Go Tech.
