Research. Vitamin D does not help to prevent depression in middle or older age. Additional consumption of vitamin D does not even help to improve mood. The research was done with help of 18000 participants and took five years (which in academic research world is impressively big piece of work). Apparently such myth was widespread, and not without help of research - many published papers stated that lack vitamin D and depression are related. But correlation does not mean causation. All participants at the beginning of this research did not have any depressive symptoms, and researchers were monitoring whether vitamin D help to prevent development of the depression compared to control group who took placebo. Now we can clearly state that vitamin D has many other good properties, but it definitely does not help wtih avoiding depression. Thanks for sharing. All this is true, no link with mood issues or depression. Correlation does not mean causation. Nevertheless having a lack of vitamin D can cause other (serious) health issues you better not Google up... So DO, indeed, take some sun shine☀️and/ or vitamine D Supplements...

Is Forex essentially gambling? In my opinion, Forex is NOT exactly gambling because there is a lot of difference between Forex and gambling. 1. In Forex, you can make a lot of predictions based on the news and the past history, but you can’t even do that in gambling. 2. I haven’t seen anyone make a living from gambling but I do see people make a living consistently from trading Forex. But nowadays people especially the elderly treat Forex as gambling and trade without a plan. It is their fault. This is because trading is not merely about sell or buy, it requires a lot of training, discipline, patience, and experiences as well.
