Straipsnis. Įdarbinkite savo pyktį. Nuslopinamas, netinkamai reiškiamas pyktis - vienos problemos. Bet tinkamai įdarbintas - gali būti labai naudingas: - pyktis mobilizuoja, visos jėgos sutelkiamos į vieno tikslo siekimą - pyktis gerina rezultatą (pašokam aukščiau, reaguojam greičiau - krepšininkų tyrimų duomenimis) - pyktis didina tikslumą (irgi krepšininkai) - pyktis leidžia greičiau įveikti nesėkmės sukeliamą nusivylimą - pyktis paskatina kūrybiškumą (kai bandote išspręsti, nesiseka, pradedate erzėti, pyktelite - ir randate atsakymą, tai ir yra šis mechanizmas) - saikingai pyktį demonstruojantys derybininkai pasiekia geresnių rezultatų Kaip pakinkyti pyktį savo naudai? - stebėkite save, mokykitės pyktį pastebėti ir atpažinti - kol dar nepykstate, konstruokite produktyvius pykčio panaudojimo scenarijus - repetuokite tinkamą pykčio panaudojimą galvoje - kai pyktis vėl jus aplankys, ir jį atpažinsite - didelė tikimybę, kad prisiminsite savo planą, ir galėsite jį vykdyti - dažnai vykdomas planas tampa įpročiu, ir jums būdinga reakcija. viskas :) Čia kažkada rašiau apie pyktį, kaip jis atrodo man: https://www.facebook.com/notes/monika-kuzminskaite/apie-jas-visas-pyktis/10154761334451507 Straipsnis: https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20200723-how-anger-can-be-put-to-good-use Mano psichologinei konsultacijai užsirašykite čia: https://fb.com/book/saukstasproto/ ||| Visi ilgi rašiniai su gera paieška ir galimybė laimėti nemokamas konsultacijas čia: https://www.patreon.com/saukstasproto

Research. Aerobic exercise (when you breathe faster and get warm, but still can carry on conversation) may significantly decrease symptoms of depression in young adults, more than mild stretching exercises. Research focused on cognitive control and reward mechanisms in the brain - which is assumed are impaired in major depression. Cognitive control mechanism is responsible for behavior modification while reaching for the goal and resistance to distractions. Reward mechanisms regulate positive emotions as response to the achieved goal and processing of information and emotions in case of loss. A book that I would like to recommend. Mostly to help distinguish pseudoscientific inspirational books from the shelves labeled as psychology from the real scientific books. It is important to understand that single keyword does not define the value of the knowledge. From where I look, buddhism has succeeded better (and much earlier) to summarise all spiritual practices into the single and fluent totality. They knew long ago that mindful attention, focus on here and now, meditation as form of active rest are important to the proper balance of the body. We are discovering the same only during last decades. Sincerely, all of it is being confirmed as efficient methods. Perhaps, there is no need to reinvent the bicycle, especially if it has been working and improved for hundreds of years? I talked to Vitoldas Masalskis about coaching psychology, research, mental healthcare, and a little bit about one's life and worldview. It was a deep and meaningful conversation. 💛 Some of the topics include: ➡️ Do you need counseling, therapy, or coaching? ➡️ Why psychological knowledge is important? ➡️ When should a coach refer one's clients? ➡️ Why is coaching psychology on the rise? ➡️ How to learn more about coaching? We both agreed to meet for the second round in the future. 👌 P. S. The video is in Lithuanian. 🇱🇹 https://youtu.be/CZw7s_I9EOk
