Loving the new words! Today it is _flexitarians_. These are the people who understand the harm that meat industry is doing on the ecological plane, but are not really ready to give up on meat consumption just yet (for various reasons). Statistically, flexitarians are a distinct consumer segment from the meat-lovers, but also not quite homogenic, with different sub-groups. Most flexitarians consume only a little less meat. But scientists hope that promoting this way of consumption might be a promising way to deal with the ecological issues of the meat industry. What do yo think of consuming meat?
