Even though kitchen has been my ultimate playground (both professionally and personally) for the last 10 years or so, it hasn't always been like this. Upon graduating from high-school I've studied banking, moved to London and eventually (quite spotaneously) realized that kitchen is the ultimate place where I want to spend the rest of my days. Having started from zero, worked as an assistant for a French kitchen virtuoso Alan Jone, Winston Mathew, Andre Chiang, Paulo Airaudo. Nesmuk knives respect ambassador, Miele UK ambasador since 2014 till now, nominated 2017-2018 Top 300 the best chef awords as well as founded 3 restaurants, latest one being Vila Komoda. The visual creative process is what drives me the most: the ability and the opportunity to mold my stream of consciousness, ideas and imagination into a single, finished (and in most cases edible) product.
