I would like to start by introducing one by one every vitamin . As all of us know there are many vitamins and every one of them has many and different functions; vitamin C is a poliprotic acid(an acid that release more of one ion of hidrogen in a solution) ,it is very important for our organism and it have a great anti-oxidant function , preventing aging and vascular problems. Vitamin C functions as a coenzyme and it take part in a lot of different synthesis reaction of many important compounds as collagene and ormons. Vitamin C is essential in prevention of scurvy and in high doses (as 1000 mg per day) it may prevent hillnesses by stimulating the immune system. It can be found in a lot of vegetables and fruits like kiwi ,strawberries and berries in general ,pepperoni(the vegetable , not pizza!😂),tomatoes,apples ,lattuce,cabbages and so on. Careful! Vitamin C at high temperatures(cooking) oŕ just by exposing it for a prolungted period of time at sunlight may get denaturated and so get useless,so.. EAT YOUR VEGGIES . ^I suggest you anyway to consult yourself and don't consider attendible anything in word^
