Investor / Advisor / Social Entrepreneur
Vilnius, Lithuania

I’ve spent 20 years in Private Wealth Management working for various financial institutions and managing HNWI’s money to finally find myself being lost in social entrepreneurship.

Since 2014 I run M. Čiuželio labdaros ir paramos fondas and it’s core project Sidabrinė linija - a free of charge befriending and support line, providing information, friendship and advise to the lonely and isolated old age people (www.sidabrinelinija.lt).

I am happy to discuss my past and present experience, knowledge gained and lessons learnt in finance, investments, wealth management, social entrepreneurship as well as off-business (for profit and not for profit) topics I’m passionate about:

Wine, food, art, bonistic, travelling, haute horlogerie, road biking, high altitude mountaineering.

A short book written by money manager (and Tesla driver) analysing both long and short sides of the Co and its share price. Personally I’m a bull for the company and a bear for its stock price. Damn, after reading a book I started thinking to shift from my “next” car BMW i4 to some Tesla model. But let’s leave the decision for tomorrow. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/55738612

The Cold Mountain Effect Someone can know too much. They can be too talented. They’ll turn any project into an epic journey through the Himalayas. They don’t get tired of working. They don’t want to see the end. They’re not even perfectionists. They just love their work too much. Almost nobody’s afraid of failure anymore. We’ve seen enough ads. We’ve read enough articles about it. Failure is old news. Success, that’s the scary part. Most of us don’t have the first clue what to do when we achieve something. Accomplishing goals usually doesn’t bring the euphoria we expect. If it does, the sensation never lasts too long. It leads to more pressure and expectations. After extraordinary success, some people even sink into an abyss of depression. They start abusing drugs and alcohol. They just don’t know what else to do with themselves. They chase the high they thought their enormous success would bring them.  https://medium.com/curious/the-cold-mountain-effect-explains-why-incredibly-talented-people-struggle-to-achieve-their-goals-2935b2af79cc

What is common between ballet and investments? Discipline. Five years into his tenure as chief investment professional of Stanford University’s $29bn endowment, one of the largest in the US, Mr Wallace has helped cement the “West Coast Ivy” into the highest echelon of institutional investment.  https://www.ft.com/content/2ab5a815-58c0-4b58-9283-6a1aeb8d1887?accessToken=zwAAAXWH9ItAkc8qtagVWMBLWNOSg2oa640Yhw.MEQCIEiJ3JaLnrkLmlM09Lm8DXKXHhIutzEWcdBC7hfF3OJwAiA0NCylu0U6o6YpdKyWoFWboOxpyzwtMSSW1hXtG0S_Jw&sharetype=gift?token=9d44a046-a903-44dd-a189-b4dffc7f816d
