Don't worry about getting likes and comments on LinkedIn that much. It's not the main success metric anymore.
Just recently, LinkedIn has introduced "dwell time" to its metrics. To be honest - I was surprised they didn't account for it before!
When you open the news feed, you'll now see not only relevant, liked, commented on and shared content, but the one that people SPEND MORE TIME ON.
This means less click-bait, more in-depth opinions, suggestions, observations and research.
🚨 Better content > 🚨 People read through to the end of it > 🚨 Content is shown organically to more people.
Next time you post, make the mental switch.
It's not "what will people like".
It's "WHAT WILL PEOPLE FIND VALUABLE AND CAPTIVATING".
So, since now even LinkedIn itself is saying likes aren't THAT important, you shouldn't stress over getting "enough" of them as well 😌
