Did you know that Google CMO Dashboard is one table with six KPIs only?
Yup, just three input KPIs to identify whom to blame, and three output KPIs to identify success/failure clearly. For a super-large company, it was not easy to do it, but it is possible.

Google Tag Manager makes lives of your developers and marketers much easier. Devs are set free of simple and boring requests from marketers part, and marketers do not have to wait long lines for their simple yet very important dev tasks to be completed. It's a win-win!
How do you structure goals in your organization? Do you use any frameworks or tools to do that? I’d believe the most companies rely on measuring some KPI’s. However, in my experience, KPIs are not reflecting the real objectives that organizations are chasing.

Rūta, your topics seems very interesting! Would you tell more about what is social anthropology and how it can benefit you? Maybe you have some specific examples how did you apply this knowledge in your work?

Why I am in love with anthropology??
Because it can answer - how and why we do the things we do! And if it sounds like part of UX research, you are absolutely right as there are many connections! Anthropology helps me not only in navigating “the waters” of human experience or understanding the users, but also in gathering, interpreting and reporting on UX research.
Being an anthropologist makes me better in understanding and providing insights about the users, their needs, perspectives and wants.
What does anthropology mean for you?
