Throughout my study years at the University of Nottingham, I've worked as a kitchen assistant for over 2 years, which has sparked a deep-seated interest of the culinary world within me (bear in mind that I've studied Civil Engineering at the time, which had little, if nothing to do with that). However, upon graduation I've returned home & embraced the position of an engineer for a while, but curiously enough - it didn't last long, as I felt my passion was elsewhere. In recent years, I've co-founded and managed Spice - a restaurant of post-Asian cuisine.
