It's almost 9 years now as I am working in a specialty coffee field. Been there, done that. In 2015 I finished SCA professional coffee roasting course (Umami Barista Camp, Florence, Italy).

I am consulting restaurants and cafes for some time now. Starting with coffee menu, ending with staff training. You name it, I'll do it.

One of my favourite things to do is to tell people about different coffees and host coffee tastings. It's so cool to dig into specialty coffee together.

3 years ago I started my career as a sensory judge in Barista Championships. And I'm not planning to stop.
