Daily reminder- don’t forget to maintain healthy teeth:
1. Brush 2 times per day.
2. Use a dental floss !!
3. Use mounthrinse with fluoride, to prevent dental caries, I’d recommend Oral Flux.
4. Use tongue scraper.
5. Avoid eating late at night.
6. After a meal eat a piece of cheese to prevent accumulation of Streptococcus Mutans bacteria.
Visit dental hygienist at least once per year!

Intentionality. I think one of the steps towards mental clarity in an ever-evolving and fast paced world is to put intention and involvement in what you are doing now.
I often find myself distracted from what I'm doing. This is normal, society is designed this way. But does it mean we should accept it as a fatality?
Lately I've been trying to take the time for small things and to fully dedicate to them while I'm doing them. Pouring hot water over my coffee, stretching, smelling the Autumn air of the morning here in Paris. Can be anything, really. As long as you allow yourself to connect with your senses for a moment.
It's ok to have far from everything figured out. Life really surprises sometimes. Lately I'm learning to accept plans are ironically not always a good plan.
I don't remember where I read this, but the idea isn't solely mine ~ that's also the beauty of it; allowing life to get to you and shape your path just as much as you do intentionally.
