More than half of young LGBTI people in the Lithuanian schools feel insecure about their sexual orientation and gender identity. Only 5% of them have never encountered homophobic, biphobic, or transphobic hate speech in their learning environment. These are the findings of a study conducted a few years ago, but unfortunately the problem still exists. One of the reasons why the already vulnerable part of the LGBTI community, young self-seeking people, must withstand such pressure is the lack of #tolerance and positive information 💡 Our Berta& partner Lithuanian Centre for Human Rights is one of those who see this reality perfectly. Most of us have recently belonged to this age group focused in the study, some of us are already raising children, have LGBTI friends, relatives or have encountered a fierce homophobic opinion at least once - we all understand the importance of basic human support 💪 We work in communications, damn powerful communications. We bet our lives that the need not to turn a blind eye to topics like this, moreover, not to cause distortions of it is extremely significant, maybe even a life and death solution in order to take care not only of LGBTI youth, but also of ourselves ☝ A mature, broad-minded and enviably successful community ❤ #acceptance #awareness

Let’s talk about money!💰They are inseparable part of our life - they can either let us fly or cage us. Either way we all need money and it is an obvious truth. In the modern world for us - modern consumers - money equals banks.🏦 And to deal with banks most of the time is quite a challenge. The finance sector has faced a variety of challenges in the last few years and it looks like current and future customers will not allow for any relaxing going forward. We, the consumers, demand that increasingly more options be made available to us. We are looking for solutions which are highly personalised from channels we select ourselves and, of course, at the best price. Nevertheless, despite the development of various innovative solutions, a human touch remains important when it comes to our financial service providers. Yes, gadgets are important, but we would like to talk with a “live” person who can evaluate our personal needs. Trust and reliability are always number one when aiming to manage the financial service orchestra and to satisfy the customer.
