So refreshing to see someone objectively reading studies instead of trying to paint a picture based on their beliefs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJ2rpTzqcpc

Quite possibly - my favourite cookbook so far! If you want to start eating a more plant based diet, there is no need to think of haute cuisine or limit yourself to salad! Plenty of gorgeous ideas here and it ticks all my favourite boxes: 💃🏻 products are easy to find in local supermarkets 💃🏻 cooking is easy and quick, no super skills required 💃🏻 most importantly - DELICIOUS meals! Forget trying to eat more plant based foods - think EATING MORE DELICIOUS FOODS ;-) The author also keeps a cool blog if you care to try before you buy: www.cookieandkate.com

Do reading challenges REALLY help us to read more? Each year I set some kind of reading challenge on goodreads app. I wonder if this help me to: - read more books - read more in general - read shorter books so that we'll read more books - read "lighter" books so that we'll read faster and more books in the end ... I wonder if reading challenge does not "discriminate" longer or more difficult books when quantity is more important than quality (kinda) here. Or maybe urgency and challenging factors do not work in such activity as reading? Maybe it's still the activity where are no winners no matter how much you read? I think this is more likely :)

During these seemingly weird times I've discovered this book in my bookshelf. Written in 1971 it almost prophetically describes the current times.
