I’m personal trainer which helps people to get fit and find new ways of enjoying physical activity. As a rugby player with 15 years experience I know how to be physically active and healthy as well. I work with kids 8-12 years old, couples and mainly mothers who tries to get their shape back. In my opinion training environment needs to be challenging but fun as well. Hence, you will not get bored while working with me. Also, I help people to set goals and achieve them (discipline is the key).
Finally, if you need a coach who will answer you most of the questions and help you get fit and enjoy doing it then I am the right coach for you.
