I am passionate about helping founders become entrepreneurs and build great international tech companies 🚀

I have entered the startup world when working at a management consultancy Civitta and its subsidiary Startup Division. There, I helped startups raise funds and commercialize products, managed corporate innovation programs and large EU projects for scaleups.

Currently, I am a VC at Startup Wise Guys. Together with the team, we provide the wisest money on the market for prospective startups and accelerate their growth. I can help founders on starting a company, finding product market fit, pitching and preparing for fundraising.

On a personal note, I am a newbie runner, a foodie and an admirer of nature. I was born in the most beautiful city in Lithuania, lived in 4 different countries and settled in Vilnius.

Building a startup is not an easy task, but having a mentor that guides you through the many pitfalls can make your life much easier. I have helped 50+ startups with funding attraction, strategy, acceleration and pitching, and have an extensive international network of specialised mentors.

I am young, blonde and a female, which places me into one of the less privileged social groups in the tech scene. However, this challenge should not prevent any girl from pursuing a tech career. I would love to share my experience and learn from other women in tech, who are fighting their way.
