If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be "mother" without a doubt. My wonderful husband and I overcame a lot of life-changing challenges and obstacles to stand where we are today. Those experiences made us appreciate every single moment and spread positivity with the world. Being a mother has never been a burden to me (how can it be to anyone, though?), so I decided to create a personal blog Twinstory.lt where I share tips, stories, and other moments of my motherhood. I feel like it was always my destiny to raise twins, so why not do it with fashion and everlasting love? I am also a co-owner and creative director of "Happeak", a socially responsible company, making branded clothes for children and adults. Now I am mom of three! And I love it!🥰 ..and I am glad to have this possibility to inspire and motivate beautiful and large community of my social media 🖤

Travel with kids
Traveling with kids is the most fulfilling experience in the world. Some people won't understand it, but let's just ignore them, and concentrate on introducing our children to new cultures and perspectives. After spending two years at Stanford Business School during the run-up to the dot-com bubble, my appetite was whetted in the intersection of technology and business. Aside from two years at a strategy consulting firm Bain & Company, I have spent the past 18 years at technology startups in the US and Europe. Highlights include two executive roles, including 2 startups, that each exited for over $100M. Today I am Managing Partner of Change Ventures, the first and largest pan-Baltic seed fund, backing ambitious Baltic founders building global success stories. Outside work, I am a father of four kids, husband to a wonderfully smart and capable lawyer. I co-founded and am on the boards of the TechHub Riga and TechChill foundations and work to support the startup community in Latvia and the other Baltic States. Parenting with four kids
My kids would be the first to say we are strict parents. In my opinion that is the only way to make four kids and two careers work. And it is good for the kids too, even if they don’t always like it in the short term. Happy to share experiences

LIFE DEFINETELLY DOESN'T STOP WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN, for me it accelerated a lot. I can tell you about the time when I had a baby and got a masters degree in Vilnius University. Or about the time when I had 2 babies and worked as a freelance data analyst. Or about now, when I take a step to advance my career by starting a full time senior data analyst position, still with 2 babies (3Y and 1Y).

Home, life and all other parts of life are the topics that could go on without end. With my first baby I read EVERYRHING, and of course, I had chance to see what works for me and what doesn't. With my second baby I saw, how different children are and how different is the experience to raise them.
