Hello people~~~
When talk about food, you will spark up my passion easily. I obtain my comprehension and techniques that learned by myself through infinite omission and experience.
Currently working at ABC Cooking Studio that comes from Japan.
I am specializing in Japan and Italian Spaghetti Cuisine.
And I started my Youtuber life from Jan 2020, and operating a meal takeout service in Malaysia.
For those who like to talk about food, come to me and let's have a chat.
Author of eight bestselling books (travel, food and human habits), a columnist and a food and fragrance critic. Having spent 17 years in UK with the BBC, and an extensive travel worldwide, I now divide my time between Vilnius and Los Angeles, California.
Life is not about who has most options - we all have more than we need - but about who makes the best choices. Choosing right is the most valuable commodity.
The areas that people want my opinion most:
1. Travel - cities, countries and places to eat. Booking AirBnB, hotels, rental cars. Routes and itineraries.
2. Anything and everything about Los Angeles and Southern California.
3. Where to eat.
4. Relationship and situation advice: asshole coworker, problematic parents, toxic siblings. I am not a therapist but I give my view and suggest how you should proceed further with a professional.
5. Writing and getting published.
6. How to fly your pet with you internationally.
7. Choosing fragrances and loving what you choose.
8. Beyond CV and job interview: getting the job you want because it is going to fit you and you will enjoy doing it.
9. Living your own life and seeing what is best for you. You take control of everything.
Worked as a dietitian and food consultant for 1,5 year (healthy meal plans, healthy recipes, etc.)
Currently giving lectures and writing articles about balanced diet and healthy eating habits + studying psychology at Vilnius University.
I believe that our decision making around food is mostly emotion and cognition based, physiological hunger has very little to do with it. This is what I'm nerding on.
After years of cooking in various kitchens, studies in two acknowledged universities, opening of my own restaurant and hours of research in food field, I might be able to help you with your food questions.
I am a certified wine specialist from Lithuania. Ever since legal drinking age or even earlier, I have enjoyed and tasted over 20 000 different wines. I am passionate about helping people to enjoy the best wine drinking experiences in my city and overseas.
I organize educational and entertaining wine tasting sessions, both open for public and private. Now also ONLINE!
I have written and published two novels: Neišsipildymas and Stasys Šaltoka: Vieneri Metai which is translated into English under the title Cold East.
Two years ago me and Justas Janauskas came up with the idea for online community which later turned into Qoorio.
God gave me a beautiful gift, and it is both my joy and privilege to share it with the world. From singing in the Eurovision to performing in front of the smallest audience in a distant village, I always seek to channel my values through my voice, surprise people, and of course, entertain them. I feel that everyone who gets a chance to express themselves in front of others should use that opportunity to make the world a little brighter and hopefully better. That’s what I am doing, and as long as at least one person comes to listen to me and sings along, I feel humbled and blessed to live. However, I prefer to have bigger audiences at my concerts.
If you wanna meet a person who has a deep and long-lasting love with Kaunas city, that's me. I grew up in Vilnius and relocated to the most Kaunastic place on Earth. Here I enjoy walking around surrounded by amazing modernist interwar architecture, having some good food, craft beer and fancy cocktails.
Historian (PhD) by education, education consultant and translator by occupation - I can share both my professional knowledge and love for Kaunas city!
Words “communications expert” probably best describe my lengthy career experience of working with social media, translating, and copywriting - in a nutshell, all highly nuanced language-related things. Throughout the years, I’ve embarked on projects that have allowed me to travel and enjoy life, sometimes both at the same time.
