Worked as a dietitian and food consultant for 1,5 year (healthy meal plans, healthy recipes, etc.)
Currently giving lectures and writing articles about balanced diet and healthy eating habits + studying psychology at Vilnius University.
I believe that our decision making around food is mostly emotion and cognition based, physiological hunger has very little to do with it. This is what I'm nerding on.
I’m a social media maven whose personal history reads like a badly written Mary Sue in some fan fiction online. “TV taught me how to feel, now real life has no appeal” is one of my favourite quotes, but like you - I live in the regular space-time continuum of reality.
Coping with a diagnosis like borderline personality disorder is hard and not easy to handle - let alone fully understand. I’m sharing my experiences with you so that things could be easier, and you know that you’re not alone.

God gave me a beautiful gift, and it is both my joy and privilege to share it with the world. From singing in the Eurovision to performing in front of the smallest audience in a distant village, I always seek to channel my values through my voice, surprise people, and of course, entertain them. I feel that everyone who gets a chance to express themselves in front of others should use that opportunity to make the world a little brighter and hopefully better. That’s what I am doing, and as long as at least one person comes to listen to me and sings along, I feel humbled and blessed to live. However, I prefer to have bigger audiences at my concerts.
I come from an international sales & business development background, mostly within pharmaceutical and life science sectors. Over the past 15 years I have been immersed into starting businesses in various countries from the scratch and also business development where businesses already existed throughout and outside of Europe. I'm a skillful salesperson as well since sales go hand in hand with business development. I usually handle the market research, meet the right people, make up the strategy, do all the math behind it and much more.
Today I run my own business within pharma and am settled in Stockholm, Sweden. My clients are international however I have been focusing a lot on the Scandinavian market in the last year. My best qualities are being quite straightforward, understanding psychology and being able to get the entire picture/have an "airplane view"/analyse big quantities of data.
Part 2 - to make the long story short - I successfully battled my inner demons and set up an entire strategy behind it. Now I help women who struggle with overweight, emotional eating, overeating and other food and body related issues.
Today not only do I blog on my blog www.maistasvaistas.com and Instagram @vladadapkos but I have also become a creator of healthy recipes and I spend hours in the kitchen experimenting and baking sugarfree, glutenfree desserts which I happily share with my modest audience.
I have also been a passionate runner for the past 5 years now and truly am hoping/planning on remaining one many years ahead. Other hobbies include travelling, meeting new people, singing and cycling.
Get my opinions and advices over multiple topics in fashion, production design, product develpment and art direction as well as team building or motivation.
Started as a trainee on a movie set, i ended up building two successful businesses and I am keen on sharing and helping others to succeed on their quest for success.
For the last 8 years I work in ecommerce & software market. For the last 6 years I run SaaS startup. I can talk about both for hours!
However a huge passion a couple of times lead me to burnouts, what caused anxiety, relationship issues and more questions than answers. I think I coped with it quite sucessfully and would love to share this with other passionate people who think they might have a mental burnout.
If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be "mother" without a doubt. My wonderful husband and I overcame a lot of life-changing challenges and obstacles to stand where we are today. Those experiences made us appreciate every single moment and spread positivity with the world.
Being a mother has never been a burden to me (how can it be to anyone, though?), so I decided to create a personal blog Twinstory.lt where I share tips, stories, and other moments of my motherhood. I feel like it was always my destiny to raise twins, so why not do it with fashion and everlasting love?
I am also a co-owner and creative director of "Happeak", a socially responsible company, making branded clothes for children and adults.
Now I am mom of three! And I love it!🥰
..and I am glad to have this possibility to inspire and motivate beautiful and large community of my social media 🖤
I am a big believer of aiming high. And I'm not only speaking of physical heights here, even though, technically speaking, they are my main field of expertise. I believe that whatever you dedicate your time and essence for - it's worth giving your absolute best! In one way or another it always proves to be worth it.
I've been in the world of sports ever since my teenage years. My first success took place at the age of 16 at the Lithuanian Athletics Championships when I came second (then two years later won gold in the exact same competition). One of my proudest achievements to this day, marks me becoming the European Athletic Indoor Champion and record holder for indoor high jumping at 2.01m in 2017. Fun fact: I happen to be the first woman in the Baltic States to achieve a high jump of over 2m. But hey, onwards and upwards!
