All my life is about sport and healthy wellbeing. As a professional athlete I tried a lot of methods to find the right way to be more healthy, energetic and “fresh”. If you want to get the nutrition or workout plan - sorry, I can’t help you with that. But I can help you to learn how you can do it by your self. In my opinion it’s the best way to invest in your self - to learn something instead paying a lot of money to searching a new plan, that closes you in a “healthy box” again and again. We, as a human-beings, should to learn feel ourself, love our body and be united with it. There is a ways to learn it, and I want to show you that way!

I’m a 22 year old with a heavy backpack. I’m a paranoid schizophrenic but have taken control over my diagnosis. 3 years ago my former boyfriend had a heart attack in my bed. I reacted quick enough to save his life, but the whole process have had a lot of mental consequences for me. It didn’t do anything good for my schizophrenia but it also caused a lot of anxiety.
Today I’m living a happy and healthy life. I’ve learnt how to deal with my demons and I’m now working a full time job and living in my own apartment without problems.
