I’m in HR for more then 10 years & most of it working in IT. As well I’m mom of two adorable kids. My interests beside professional world goes around books, sport & traveling. My HR expertise vary from IT recruitment lifecycle, labour law to designing all employee experience in the company(including learning& development, comp&benefits, engagement, performance management etc.). Currently I’m mostly interested in to agile HR and disruptive HR topics, as change pace in last years becomes faster and faster. As human beings we are keen to develop, create, invent & discover new horizons. What’s good enough today might be not good enough tomorrow already. Agile for me is not set of tools, it’s more way of thinking. HR is not about methods and tools as well, it’s rather about people. I want to share one quotation from the book written by Pia-Maria Thoren “Agile people” with insights about future organizations: "Laloux turned his attention to the organisations of the future, which are teal.
<..> Since they are just evolving now, we don't know exactly what the characteristics are, but it looks like they will be primarily self-organizing, decentralized networks <...>"
"The central question in teal organizations is, how we can find a purpose that changes and develops us? Life and work are integrated. They focus on the whole person, instead of just the work persona. The number of hours that people actually spend at work or doing work is not as important as the amount of time that people spend developing themselves and becoming better. Employees are more accountable to their colleagues then they are to a department head or a manager. Peer pressure is a powerful motivator in both teal and Agile organizations”.
Hi! I am an HR with 5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, and talent management. I believe that openness, acceptance, and empathy are the key factors of successful relationships. Right now, I am interested in coaching psychology as a scientific tool to increase the performance and wellbeing of tech professionals.
Over more than 20 years of working in large corporations and contributing to the growth of businesses, I developed my professional career in the industry of Financial institutions and Real Investments Funds services. Being in a managing position I was leading teams and helped others to #grow, find their #careerpaths and #achievegoals. This experience made me realize that people are the core assets I want to focus on by helping them find their place in an organization as well as in their personal life.
Today i am C-level Executive turned Life Mentor, Growth & Flow Coach and independent GBS (Global Business Services) Expansion Consultant.
First, with the tools stemming from organizational psychology and coaching as well as the principles of leadership, I help others to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
Wealth & Talent Dynamics methodology developed by a social entrepreneur and futurist Roger James Hamilton sets the basis to the principles of my work. Being a Growth and Flow Coach, and Life Mentor, I help women (and not only) to reveal their potential, learn to feel their inner flow and lead to life of integrity between their career and personal life, between their inner and outer life.
Second, applying my comprehensive experience in business, I help international companies with expansion strategies and setting up operations in Lithuania. With my expertise and knowledge about the market and teams I contribute to the international development of ambitious enterprises.
These two areas of activity let me focus on working with people as well as stay up-to-date in the business world.
