I was born and raised in a small but ambitious and fast growing country Lithuania. However, due to my eagerness to explore, challenge myself and learn new things, I always felt that the place was too small for me.
So after my international studying experience in South Korea and The Netherlands, I started to work at Philips in Amsterdam. I worked for a global transformation programme where I got my strong passion for process excellence.
Later I moved to shipping giant Maersk, where I was quickly promoted to form a new transformation department and take on a leadership role. This whole transition to a new industry and early leadership experience was tremendous for my personal development. But in the midst of my promising career, I decided to do something crazy! I quit my job to pursue volunteering with women in rural Uganda.
My career break year allowed me to take a step back and think about my purpose. This is when I decided to come back to the business world which was always so exciting for me, especially as I grew up with entrepreneurial parents. Currently I am working at Schuberg Philis, which is a Dutch technology company known for its self-steering customer teams and continuous highest customer satisfaction ranking (Giarte).
On top of my daily work I am still engaged with Integrated Villages NGO in Uganda and write my personal blog on issues which are typically faced by young professionals.
Other people often describe me as someone who is not afraid to get her “hands dirty” and deliver results.

When I was a little girl, I wanted to save the world, i.e. to make a difference. Growing up, I realized that in order to make a difference, I need to develop myself with holistic design thinking, so I did so and it gave me not only new approaches to challenges, but I improved my problem solving and many other skills.
I am a curious and self-driven person, trained in social & applied anthropology, experienced in international relations, project management and development & user research with the professional experience in Lithuania, Latvia, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Cambodia, USA.
I am always up for the new challenges and ready to help to understand and create what is next, to develop new ways of thinking in order to deliver positive impact and design better solutions for what matters most.
If you need to change how something is done in order to succeed and you are looking for a solution that isn't just about technology/design/service/product, but also people, process, I am here to help you!
I have written and published two novels: Neišsipildymas and Stasys Šaltoka: Vieneri Metai which is translated into English under the title Cold East.
Two years ago me and Justas Janauskas came up with the idea for online community which later turned into Qoorio.
I believe that life is too short to spend thousands of hours doing work with lack of purpose, growth and sense of achievement. I share stories, experiences and expertise so that organizations could build teams and communities where people are enabled to do great work and create value for their customers.
I help teams and organizations to achieve their goals and continuously improve by using teaching, facilitation, mentoring and coaching techniques.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve helped more than 10 organizations in various industries and sizes to improve their ways of organizing work that lead to better employee engagement, motivation and business outcomes.
I’m passionate about personal development and habit formation. I’ve failed and succeeded multiple times throughout the journey of shaping a better version of myself. There is no finish line for that, just a never ending learning.

Over 12 years ago, I had to decide if I wanted to pursue a dream of establishing my business or stick to a comfortable life as a hired professional. Neither of those options is terrible, but I took a gamble and co-founded Caffeine LT (formally known as Coffee Inn). I was fortunate enough to translate my love into a business, which is expanding to this day.
During the first years of Caffeine LT, I was struggling with money and had to find the motivation within to carry on. However, I have also learned that emotions, philanthropy, and kindness can only boost business performance. It is about time for all of us to get rid of those terrible stereotypes that businesspeople only care about money, and start living in a world where they contribute to society and create sustainability.
I’m a Curator and Producer of Contemporary Art, and a Board Member at Rupert, a centre for Art & Education in Vilnius, Lithuania, where I worked as a Director for 6 years. I hold an M.A. in History of Art from the University of St Andrews, Scotland and have previously worked in curatorial departments at Tate Modern (London) and Jonas Mekas Foundation (New York), as well as curated independent projects in Iceland, Latvia, Belgium, Norway and elsewhere.
During my 10-year career in the arts, I have helped many artists launch international careers and implement ambitious large-scale projects.
Alongside my professional career in the arts, I have pursued my lifelong passion for travels through my blog @OurTravelAffair, which launched in 2018. Having visited over 50 countries in 5 continents numerous times, I can help you pick the best spots for a relaxing brunch, lunchtime exhibition and romantic dinner in the city of your choice.
