I'm a human that appreciates great ideas, with even greater people behind them.
I am an early stage VC My @ Mangrove Capital Partners.
To put it into context - my job mostly consists of rigorous travelling around Europe, working with exceptional entrepreneurs and discovering their unique insights as I go. Everything that I do in life comes back to my idea of the world being afloat with opportunities. One only needs to go out and find them!

I’ve spent 20 years in Private Wealth Management working for various financial institutions and managing HNWI’s money to finally find myself being lost in social entrepreneurship.
Since 2014 I run M. Čiuželio labdaros ir paramos fondas and it’s core project Sidabrinė linija - a free of charge befriending and support line, providing information, friendship and advise to the lonely and isolated old age people (www.sidabrinelinija.lt).
I am happy to discuss my past and present experience, knowledge gained and lessons learnt in finance, investments, wealth management, social entrepreneurship as well as off-business (for profit and not for profit) topics I’m passionate about:

Welcome to a very short summary of my experiences:
I’m investing my time and money in possibly the riskiest asset class – early stage technology driven companies. Let’s discuss why and how I came to this or simply pitch me your idea.
Before shifting to start-up building and investing I had a nice career opportunity in one of the largest Nordic Banks. We can discuss the pros and cons of such job.
Have visited over 20 universities in EU and USA to select the best place for my own studies. It came to be Copenhagen Business School (CBS). During my stay in CBS I did an Erasmus exchange program to Vilnius University and now can compare VU with foreign universities. Let’s discuss how to select a university that matches your needs and how to be prepared for studying abroad.
I’ve rebuilt 3 cars and many go-karts with my own hands when I was a teenager and have been participating in amateur rally racing with 2 of the cars. Had my driving license since I was 16 (legally). Will not fix your car, but can tell a couple of stories from the garage and how is it possible to drive from 15 years legally 😊
As a more meaningful hobby had been skiing since I was 6 years old and travelled across many European ski resorts, so if you’re into winter sports this could be a potential ice-breaker for our conversation.
This is what I know and there’s so much more that I don’t know and would also be curious to learn, so let see if our experiences can collide in creating something interesting and meaningful.
Getting things done comes in a lot of shapes and sizes.
- For the last 13 years I’ve been building an ad-tech business in CEE region at Adform, helping world’s largest mobile ad-tech company to conquer emerging markets at InMobi in London and lately building a mobility software platform in Vilnius that serves such companies as Apple, Lyft, Google, Gojek, Swiss Railways, VW Group, City of Berlin, City of Munich and others.
- Cycling, Snowboarding, MotoGP, Zalgiris, Sneakers and Aviation are amongst things I enjoy :-)
12 metų dirbu su socialiniais projektais. Fundraising'as, projektų paraiškos, komunikacija, NVO strategavimas, administravimas ir net neįdomioji apskaita - viską esu darius, o kai ką tebedarau iki šiol.
Gebėjimą sudėtingus dalykus paaiškinti paprastai realizuoju vesdama mokymus ir konsultuodama.
2017 laimėjau I vietą socialinio verslo idėjų konkurse Reach for Change ir įkūriau el.parduotuvę Anksti.lt.
